How do I report a problem with my site or application?
Email hello@itmarkerz.co.in with the page or screen affected, what you expected and what happened instead. We reply within one business day (IST).
What hours is support available?
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST; meetings outside hours by prior booking. We don't offer round-the-clock cover or publish response-time figures.
What if I am not on a maintenance plan?
You can still ask. Plans and prices are on our pricing page, and other support is quoted from the agreed scope.
What should I have ready if our application is down?
The URL, when it started, any recent change and who can give us access to the code and server. If you have no access to the repository or server, tell us straight away, because that comes first.
