Integrations

Integration services for payments, accounting, CRM and chat

We connect the systems your business already runs on, so nobody re-types an order and the numbers agree at month end. The published work below includes two and a half years on a UK billing platform where every pound has to reconcile.

We are an engineering team in India with 3–5 hours of overlap with the UK and Europe; US calls by appointment. We reply within one business day (IST).

How we build them

Connecting two APIs is usually the easy part. Everything else on this list is what stops the integration from quietly going wrong six months later.

Written agreement on who owns each record
Before code, we list every record type and which system is its master, and ask your finance or operations lead to confirm it. Most integration trouble begins with two systems that both think they own a customer.
Safe to repeat
Timeouts happen after the other side has acted. Each record keeps the other system's ID, and a retry checks before creating, so a dropped connection doesn't produce a second invoice.
Failures reach someone who can act
A missing tax code goes to finance in plain language with a retry button, and doesn't sit in a developer's log until month end.
A check that proves the two sides agree
Scheduled comparisons of totals between systems catch drift early. On a UK telecom billing platform we work on, this takes the form of nightly balance checks and a month-end checklist.

Integration questions

Asked by finance leads and developers alike.

Which systems can you integrate?

Those listed on this page are ones we have delivered in published work. Other systems with a documented API are usually possible, and we would read the documentation and tell you about any limits before quoting. Most of our work is delivered under NDA, so many projects cannot be named.

Should we use a plugin or connector instead?

If a maintained connector does what you need, use it. It is cheaper. Custom work makes sense when your mapping, volumes or error handling don't fit, or when a tool that nearly fits is costing your team hours each week.

What does an integration cost?

We scope and quote it after a first conversation, because the work depends on the systems, volumes and rules involved. Our developers start from $20/h, invoiced in USD, GBP, EUR or INR. Some vendors also charge for API access, and we will point that out when scoping.

Do you handle our data securely?

On a multi-tenant ad platform we built for a Belgian marketing company, each customer's tokens are encrypted and held separately, and we would take the same approach for yours. If your project has specific security or regulatory requirements, tell us at the start so we can scope for them.

Who looks after an integration after launch?

Vendors change their APIs, so integrations need attention. Tell us when we scope it whether your team will take it on or you want us to stay involved. One WooCommerce and Dynamics integration of ours sits within a three-year maintenance engagement.

Which two systems should be talking?

Tell us what you run and where people re-type or reconcile by hand. We will tell you what we would connect first, and what we would leave alone.
