E-commerce and retail

Build high-converting e-commerce platformsthat drive sales and customer loyalty

Our retail work includes a high-volume WooCommerce store we have run for three years, a loyalty-card system rebuilt on Laravel, and a group-deals marketplace from 2014. Here is what each involved.

Three retail systems, three different jobs

One store we keep running, one loyalty system we rebuilt, and one marketplace from our early years. Together they cover the parts of retail software that tend to cause trouble: order data leaving the store, balances that must not change during a rebuild, and two-sided accounts with money moving between them.

A high-volume WooCommerce store, Belgium, three years and ongoing

A beverage retailer's online store has to stay up, stay fast and keep orders and customers flowing into Microsoft Dynamics. We took it over and progressively rebuilt it inside the maintenance engagement: PHP moved from 7.4 to the current release, plugins and theme brought up to date, performance work, and the integration that syncs orders and customers to Dynamics.

Backups run every two hours to S3-compatible storage with tested restores, uptime and speed are monitored, and change requests come through a standing channel. The same kind of work is available as WooCommerce maintenance.

A loyalty-card system, India, moved to Laravel

This system issues and manages loyalty cards for businesses and their customers. We originally built it on PHP 5.6, so we knew it well. We rebuilt it on Laravel and migrated the data, keeping every card, balance and rule intact. It took two months and has been live since mid-2026.

A loyalty balance is a promise to a customer, and one wrong figure at a till damages trust more than a slow page does. That is why the check that mattered most was balances matching after the move, not how the new code looked.

A group-deals marketplace, US, 2014

One of our first marketplace builds: merchant onboarding and deal listings, time-limited offers with minimum-buyer thresholds, voucher issue and redemption, payments and customer accounts, on the web only. The stack reflects the period, and today we would build this on Laravel and Next.js. The marketplace mechanics are the part that still applies.

Questions from retail teams

Which platforms have you worked on?

Our published retail cases are on WooCommerce and on custom PHP and Laravel systems. We list other commerce platforms in our services, but ask us what we have delivered on the one you use before relying on it.

Can you connect our store to our ERP or CRM?

We run an order and customer sync from WooCommerce into Microsoft Dynamics for the retailer above. For another ERP or CRM, we would review its API and your data first, then tell you what we would need to do.

Tell us what your store connects to

Name the platform, the systems behind it and what keeps going wrong. We will tell you where we would start.

We reply within one business day (IST).
