How much does website maintenance cost?
WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance is Premium USD 89/month or Enterprise USD 159/month. Laravel maintenance is USD 99/month. Plans are invoiced in the customer's local currency. Major upgrades are quoted separately at a fixed price, from $799, after a free assessment.
What does a website maintenance plan include?
Updates, backups, security checks and uptime monitoring on every plan. The WordPress plans add malware cleanup, emergency restoration and an allowance of small edits. The Laravel plan adds backups every 2 hours with tested restores, PHP updates, server management and a change-request channel.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
For the WordPress and WooCommerce plans: No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel anytime. Unused edit minutes don't roll over. For Laravel, ask us about terms when you send the details of your application.
Will you maintain a site someone else built?
Yes. We check the site first and tell you about anything urgent before the plan starts. One WooCommerce store we took over has been with us for three years, and it now runs on current PHP with a Microsoft Dynamics integration.
Which platforms do you maintain?
WordPress, WooCommerce and Laravel on our published plans. If your site runs on something else, tell us what it is and we will say whether we can look after it.
Where is your team, and when can we reach you?
We are an engineering team in India with 3–5 hours of overlap with the UK and Europe; US calls by appointment. Our office hours are Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 IST; meetings outside hours by prior booking.
