Our manufacturing work is two real systems: a cabinet maker's ordering, dealer portal and inventory, moved off PHP 5.6, and a custom ERP for a fabrication wholesaler. Here is what each involved.
Two systems, both on the business side of a factory: the software that takes an order, prices it, tracks stock and sends the invoice. Neither is plant-floor software. We have no published work connecting to PLCs, SCADA or sensors, so if that is what you need, we are not the right first call.
A cabinet manufacturer and seller in Canada and the US ran ordering, quoting, its dealer portal and inventory on PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.0. Their engineering team and dealers used it every day, and it was holding back every other change the business wanted, since the stack was unpatched and hard to hire for.
We audited the old code and schema, rebuilt the application on Laravel 13 with PHP 8.5, moved the database to MySQL 8 with data validation at every step, and replaced the front end with a Next.js application. Each workflow the engineering team depended on was verified against the old system in parallel. It took about eight months and is now live.

Between about 2012 and 2014 we built an ERP for a fabrication and wholesale company in India, over roughly two years. It covered quoting with material and labour costing, production tracking, inventory and SKU management across locations, dispatch, VAT billing and accounting, management reporting, and a login where customers placed orders directly.
Month-end closing became faster and stock figures matched the floor. The stack reflects the period, and it was our first large ERP. The order-to-cash and production patterns from it are ones we still use.

Not automatically. We read the code and schema first, then recommend an upgrade, a rebuild or leaving it alone. The risk to weigh is that an unpatched stack gets harder to secure and to staff each year.
