White label web developmentand design for agencies, under your brand

Developers $15–$40/h by level · dedicated from ~$2,200/month · fixed-price projects

itmarkerz designs and builds websites, online stores and web applications that agencies deliver to their own clients under their own brand. Our name stays off everything, from code and footers to emails and documents, and you keep all contact with your client. Our 20+ developers in Kerala, India have delivered 60+ projects since 2012, with 3–5 hours of overlap with UK and European working days.

What we design and build for agencies

One team for design, development and maintenance, so you can sell all three.

  • White label web design

Page layouts, UI design and design systems in Figma, from your brief or your client's brand guidelines. You present the designs as your own.

  • Websites from your designs

We build from your Figma, XD or PSD files, matching the designs closely and making every page responsive and fast.

  • WordPress and WooCommerce

Custom themes, blocks and plugins, WooCommerce stores and integrations, handed over with documentation under your name.

  • Shopify stores

Theme builds and customisation, apps and integrations, and migrations from other platforms.

  • Web applications and SaaS

Laravel back ends, Next.js and React front ends, client portals, dashboards and multi-tenant platforms for your bigger clients.

  • Maintenance after launch

Updates, backups, security checks and change requests for the sites you have delivered, still under your brand.

How white label works with us

  • Your brand on everything

No itmarkerz name in code comments, site footers, emails, documentation or the repositories you hand over. Your client sees your agency.

  • You own the client relationship

We never contact your client. Questions, demos and sign-offs go through you, so you stay in control of the relationship and the price.

  • Confidentiality first

We can sign your NDA before you send the brief. Most of our work is delivered under NDA, so many projects cannot be named.

  • Code and IP agreed up front

Who owns the code and the intellectual property is set in the contract for each project, before any work starts, so you can promise your client the right terms.

  • Your tools, your process

We work in your Git repositories, project tracker and chat, follow your coding and review standards, and deploy to your or your client's hosting.

From your client's brief to handover

You stay between us and your client at every step.

  1. Send the client brief

What your client needs, any designs you already have, the platform and the deadline you have promised. An NDA can come first.

  2. Scope and price

We reply with questions, then a fixed price for a defined project, or the hourly or dedicated rate if the work is ongoing. You set your own price to your client.

  3. Design and build in your tools

We work in your repositories and tracker, with demos on a staging site, weekly on most projects, that you can show your client as your own.

  4. Handover under your brand

Deployment to your or your client's hosting, documentation in your agency's name, and maintenance afterwards if you want it.

White label pricing

Published rates in USD, invoiced in USD, GBP, EUR or INR. You set your own price to your client.

itmarkerz white label developer rates in USD
LevelHourly workDedicated, per month (160 h)
Junior$15/h~$2,200
Mid$25/h~$3,250
Senior$40/h~$5,400
  • Fixed-price projects: a defined website, store or application is quoted as one fixed price after we have assessed the brief.
  • Maintenance to resell: Laravel at USD 99/month; WordPress and WooCommerce at Premium USD 89/month or Enterprise USD 159/month. See website maintenance.

Hourly work suits small jobs. A dedicated developer works only on your clients for the month, so the monthly figures carry a retainer discount.

Work we have delivered through other companies

Most of our work is delivered under NDA, so many projects cannot be named.

  • Private Laravel packages for a software contractor

For a Belgian contractor serving UK customers, we built six to seven private Laravel packages (blog, comments, invoicing, CRM and more) on a private Composer registry, so it could assemble each client's application from the modules it needed. Read the case study.

  • A research tool delivered through a contractor

Through a Belgian contractor, we built a Node.js tool for a university research team: 40–70 questionnaires, the team's own scoring algorithm and charts per participant and study. Read the case study.

  • A dedicated team for another company's products

For about three years we recruited and managed a 14–15 developer PHP team in Kerala that worked only on a Dubai technology company's own products. Read the case study.

Who white label suits

  • Design and marketing agencies without developers

You win the website work and own the client. We design and build it for you to deliver.

  • Agencies with more work than their team can take

Overflow projects, or a dedicated developer who works only on your clients for the month.

  • Software contractors and consultants

You sell larger builds and need an engineering team behind you for the application work.

If you would rather we worked with your client directly, that is an ordinary project. See our services.

What is white label web development?

You sell the website or application to your client under your agency's name, and we design and build it for you. Your client deals only with you, and our name does not appear anywhere in what is delivered.

Will my client know that you built the site?

Not from us. We keep our name out of the code, footers, emails and documentation, we never contact your client, and all communication goes through you.

How much does white label web development cost?

Ongoing work is billed hourly at junior $15/h, mid $25/h, senior $40/h, or a dedicated developer for 160 h per month, retainer discount costs junior ~$2,200, mid ~$3,250, senior ~$5,400 a month. A defined project gets a fixed price after we have assessed the brief. Prices are in USD, invoiced in USD, GBP, EUR or INR, and you set your own price to your client.

Do you design as well as develop?

Yes. We can design the site in Figma from your brief or your client's brand guidelines, or build from designs you already have.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

That is agreed in the contract for each project, before work starts, so you can offer your client the terms they need.

Which platforms do you work with?

WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, Laravel, and Next.js or React front ends. For other platforms, ask us. We will tell you straight away if it is not a good fit.

Can you maintain the sites after launch under our brand?

Yes, on the same plans we publish: Laravel maintenance at USD 99/month, and WordPress and WooCommerce care at Premium USD 89/month or Enterprise USD 159/month. You resell them at your own price.

Have a client project to deliver?

Send the brief, with designs if you have them. We will reply with questions and a price you can build your quote on.

We reply within one business day (IST).
