Healthcare software developmentfor medical records and clinical systems

Our healthcare work is one electronic medical records platform, in development, designed and built to HIPAA Security Rule requirements. This page says what exists today and what doesn't yet.

One project, still in development

Our healthcare work is a single product: a multi-tenant electronic medical records platform we are building for an Indian healthtech company that plans to sell it to clinics and hospitals outside India. It is not live. A pilot is planned for mid-2027, so we have no production results or clinical outcomes to report, and we won't suggest otherwise.

The platform is designed and built to HIPAA Security Rule requirements. That describes how it is being engineered, and it is not an assessment result. Further controls and a third-party assessment are planned before the first external sale.

What exists in the code today

We list only the controls in place now, not the ones still on the plan:

What the product covers

The scope is patient records, appointments, clinical notes, prescriptions and billing, on Laravel, with tenants isolated at the database level. That last decision came early, because a clinic's records must stay out of reach of another clinic on the same platform, and retrofitting that separation into a shared schema later is slow and risky.

Why the safeguards went in from the first line

The client needs to sell internationally, so waiting to add safeguards until a buyer asks would have meant rewriting working features. Audit logging is the clearest example. A log that records every read of patient data has to sit at the layer where data is accessed. Added late, it tends to miss routes, background jobs and exports.

Code can only carry part of the job. Risk analysis, staff training, vendor agreements and facility controls belong to the organisation running the system, so anyone buying healthcare software should ask where the supplier's work stops and their own starts. We are happy to answer that about our own work.

If you are building something similar

We would start with the access model: who can see which record, in what role, and what must be logged when they do. Then come the tenancy decision and the data you are required to keep. You would see what exists and what is still planned, in the same plain terms as this page.

Questions about our healthcare work

Is the EMR live with patients?

No. It is in development, with a pilot planned for mid-2027. It has not yet been through the third-party assessment planned before the first external sale.

What can you say about HIPAA?

That the platform is designed and built to HIPAA Security Rule requirements, and exactly which controls are in the code today: encryption in transit and at rest, immutable audit logging, role-based access control and MFA. We make no broader claim than that.

Planning a clinical product?

Tell us who will use it and which regulations your buyers will ask about. We will walk you through how the EMR is structured and what that would mean for yours.

We reply within one business day (IST).
