What the client needed
Engineering capacity they could direct day to day without opening an office in India: hiring, payroll, workspace, retention and line management handled for them, with the team's output belonging entirely to them.
What we did
Recruited the developers against the client's profiles, employed and housed them at our Kerala office, provided equipment, management and HR, and ran the engagement for around three years while the team built the client's own product portfolio. The products are the client's and are not described here.
