What the client needed

Their account managers ran paid campaigns for enterprise customers across three ad networks, each with its own console, its own campaign structure and its own reports. Building the same campaign twice, scheduling by hand and merging three exports into one customer report was where the time went.

What we built

A single workspace where a campaign is defined once (objective, audience, budget, dates, creative) and published to Facebook, Instagram and Google through their official APIs, with each network's own structure and ad formats handled by an adapter.

Scheduling with approval steps; pause, resume and budget changes applied across networks in one action; background queues so one network's outage never blocks the others.

Daily metric sync into one schema for cross-channel reporting per customer, with each network's attribution shown side by side rather than merged. Multi-tenant: every customer has its own connected ad accounts, users and encrypted tokens.

What it shows

Three advertising APIs reconciled into one model, enterprise multi-tenancy, and a year-long build delivered by a six-person team.
