What the client needed
A free, modern alternative to paid salon software: customer records, appointments, reminders and a way for customers to book online, with the business model coming from paid add-ons rather than the core.
What we are building
The salon and customer web app, a mobile app, a public booking API with an embeddable widget for salon websites, WhatsApp sharing with a paid messaging tier planned, a programmatic city-by-city salon directory fed by the data salons enter, and a content programme on headless WordPress behind the Next.js site.
Booking-abuse protection (verified bookers, approval modes, rate limiting) is part of the current work.
What it shows
Product engineering plus go-to-market: we build the software and also run the SEO, directory and distribution work that gets it customers.
