Bots we have built
Telegram and WhatsApp bots for several clients, sharing the same API as the client's website so a customer gets the same answer in a chat as on the site.
The Telegram bot in our crypto platform project is one example: it answers rate, portfolio and transaction queries and sends notifications. We also add a voice front end when a voice front end fits the use case.
- Order status
- Customers ask where an order is and get the answer from the same system the website uses.
- Rates and balances
- Current rates and account balances on request.
- FAQs
- Common questions answered in the chat.
- Notifications
- Updates pushed to the customer's chat.
