What the client needed
A high-volume online store that must stay up, stay fast and keep its order and customer data flowing into Microsoft Dynamics, with someone to call for every change.
What we built and run
We took the store over and progressively rebuilt it inside the maintenance engagement: PHP upgraded from 7.4 to the current release, plugins and theme brought current, performance work, and the integration that syncs orders and customers to Dynamics.
Backups every two hours to S3-compatible object storage with tested restores, uptime and speed monitoring, and a standing change-request channel.
What it shows
What "maintenance" means when we do it: the store is newer, faster and better integrated than when we took it on.
